When Dr. Teno needs to leave early for the day, the office manager should at least have the common courtesy to notify a patient that the dentist will not be present for their scheduled dental exam/cleaning...When I called to speak to the office manager and explain that I found this unacceptable, she became rude and defensive, she then began trying to justify her actions with blatant lies that I had to call her out on. She then encouraged me to post a negative review and hung up on me...However, she did have Dr. Teno call me back to apologize for not being present for the appointment, which was irrelevant to my issue...I completely understand that personal issues arise, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but an individual in a management position should always maintain a certain level of professionalism that Dr. Teno's office manager is lacking.

New patient that had a cracked temp crown. Explained situation in great detail. Provided options for the immediate situation and then discussed long term for that area of my mouth. Very clear and thorough discussion. Extremely caring and professional staff. Welcoming to a new patient.

Good explanation of up coming treatment.

Let his girl put in a permanent crown, without any suctioning of the fluid, or sterilizing the tissue area, resulting in an infection requiring an endodontist to fix the mess.
