Dr. Jeffrey Robert Toman, MD

I can’t even get an appointment because the staff never returns my calls. I am so disappointed. They need to be better trained and educated. There is no reason or excuse for not getting back to patients that are trying to schedule important appointments. After reading the last review about how unprofessional and lazy the staff is I am going to ask for a different referral from my primary care doctor. So many good people that need and want to work. Why would the drs allow poor workers to attend to their patients? Everyone is replaceable!

I have nothing bad to say about dr. Toman he might try to get you out fast but he does his job. My problem is the receptionist and supervisor. I can go on and on about how horrible they are. They are lazzy, rude and unprofessional. They rather check there phones then do there job. They don't pay attention to there work at all, and whats worse that there supervisor covers for there mistakes. I don't see how there working there because you can clearly see that there not educated enough to work in a doctors office or care enough about the well being of the patients and reputation of the doctors that they work for. The receptionist will chase you down into the lobby to give you prescriptions that she forgot to give even though they were right in front of her and simply giggle about it like if its ok. They will give your private information to other patient's because they didn't take the time to see the name that is clearly printed right in the front. They will wait 2 days before you are… scheduled for your surgery to get an approval from your insurance, and when things don't go right they will simply say that you misunderstood that your the one thats wrong. They simply don't care enough to do there job right or about the patients please do not go to this doctors office. I think the rating that they have clearly shows what a horrible job there doing...
