Dr. Jefferey Andrew Trunsky, MD

I have to strongly disagree with the individual who didn't get calls returned. My experience is that Dr. Trunsky stays as late as necessary to follow up and return calls well after he has finished seeing patients and writing reports. I have gotten calls from him as late as 9pm! The only exception would be if, for some reason, he didn't get a message. It happens. He is extremely conscientious in my opinion. It is always a pleasure to visit with Dr. Trunsky as he is genuinely interested in you as a person and takes the time to explain in detail your medical issues and alternatives for treatment. He is open minded and extremely knowledgeable. He never makes me feel like he is in a hurry to get you out. He makes you feel at ease, relaxed and well taken care of. He's a great doc.

I don't get phone calls returned and have had to turn to another doctor. Phone calls by both doctor and nurse are not returned for as long as 4 days and that is only after a reminder call. They shouldn't take new patients if they don't have time for them. He appears to be a very good doctor if you can an appt and a phone call returned. I won't switch but I am considering it.

As a complex case--kidney transplant and diabetes--Dr T has handled my care with professionalism and insight and worked well with the team of other specialists. As a primary care physician, he is hard to beat.
