Dr. Wallace is an excellent Dentist. My entire family travels to Seymore from North Knoxville to see him.

I would not recommend Dr Wallace. He is more concerned with talking high school football and other chatter. I came to him for an implant, the first tooth he put in didn't fit at all. The second one wasn't much better. Needless to say I ask for my money back. He said if I could find another dentist to do better I could get a refund. Well I did and he will not give my money back. I am a transplant patient so I need to have things done correctly the first time. The less invasive work I have done the better. It is unfortunate he wouldn't help me out so I could get the proper fit. I will have to seek legal advice. Beware and by all means be an advocate for yourself. Check his work before he cements anything in your mouth.

I would recommend him to anyone. He really sits with you and listens and answers all your concerns and is very up to date on newest technology and is very friendly. He puts you at ease and he personally goes over the cost with you (instead of sending you up front to get your piece of paper with exorbitant prices). Iit was a very good experience and his whole staff is very friendly.
