0.2. Kept waiting in EXAM room for over an hour. When I inquired if every visit had that lengthy a wait time, he said he’d “be right w me”. When he came in, 29 min later, looked in my ears, nose, throat. Took less than 2 min.Showed him my audiology exam from Costco. He said it was signed by an audiologist and I needed an ENT signature. Sent me down the hall to an audiologist.? Same results as Costco. Weingarten Charged me $213.75. !!!!!! What a scam artist. Both Costco and Mi ENR audiologists were thorough, sweet, and friendly. Weingartan is a scam artist!

Dr Weingarten lacks bedside manner. I went to see him for some allergy/sinus issues and he told me to “come back and see him after I lose 20 pounds.” I looked at him surprised and he went on to say “You know, you’re not the skinniest person in the world.” He was so rude and mean. I left his office in tears. (Mind you, I wear size 4 pants and am happy with my weight.)

I just saw Dr. Weingarten on March 9, 2023, to check my throat for an irritation. I originally first saw him in 2008 when I was diagnosed with stage three throat cancer. His care along with several other doctors cured me and 15 years later I am overjoyed to still be here. With this in mind I take no chances on throat issues. Amazingly he remembered me and was incredibly considerate. He did a complete examination and found it to be a minor irritation. "Thank God as I always fear the worst when it comes to my throat now." I mentioned some hearing issues too and he was so thoughtful to have an audiologist give me a hearing examination before I left. I live a long distance away and this was fantastic in avoiding my returning once an appointment would have been made. Now I am looking forward to acquiring a set of hearing aids and I will finally be able to hear properly again. I had no idea how poorly my hearing had become. Not being able to comprehend conversations, movie dialog, television… and so on was embarrassing. I began to remove myself from conversations to avoid asking what was said or just pretend I understood even though I did not. This whole experience could not have been more positive and professional! My throat concerns were addressed, and I even got my many years of hearing loss on the road to improvement. I would recommend Dr. Jeffery Weingarten to everyone who wishes to be treated by a wonderful person who actually cares about you and guaranteed to provide you with the best quality care you deserve!

The staff and Dr were extremely rude. Never going back again.

I give one star only because of the excellent service the staff gives during this Covid time. I felt very safe. Dr. Weingarten on the other hand has issues not sure if he is racist or sexist but it's probably both. Before coming into the exam room I could hear him next door with another patient (a male) and he was very jovial and very forthcoming about the man's plan of treatment and so on. He spent more than 25 minutes laughing and joking. After his arrival to my exam room it was as if the air went out of the room. His demeanor was very dry and unfriendly. I felt as though I was taking up his time although my time is valuable too and I had waited 55 minutes in that exam room. I had several ENT items I needed to have address and I felt rushed to explain them. This was my second time seeing Dr. Weingarten and I felt that the first time maybe he was just having a bad day but it is who he is and I would never recommend him to anyone.

I can ignore waiting an hour to see him cause it was busy, but his behavior is not something I can ignore. Of the total 5 minutes he spent with me most was him ignoring me and instead lecturing a doctor that was shadowing him. He looked and talked to him the whole time as if I was not even there. Rushed me out as soon as he could but not before making sure I paid the co pay (which I paid when I first walked in). As I was leaving he said to the doctor shadowing him "see $50 and that's all we had to do". I am glad that he got his $50 but I will never be seeing him again. Love to see someone become a doctor just for the money. Don't waste your time or money on him.
