Mr big shot is a great doctor. But his nurses and staff are off the charts. LOL Great experience with my visit. I can't wait 10 yrs for the next visit. LOL ??

Dr. Williams continues to be an outstanding physician. He makes what could be an uncomfortable interaction with a necessary procedure totally comfortable. His team and he are outstanding in their interactions, professionalism and friendliness.

This team of medical professionals were absolutely amazing. They took great care to make me comfortable & ease my anxious spirit!! They explained all of the colonoscopy procedure and answered the questions I had! Dr Williams gave me the good report when all was done. A wonderful physician! Skilled and very understanding. The preparation prescribed for my colonoscopy used Miralax and it was TASTELESS! My previous two colonoscopies, (not in Athens) were very difficult because the liquid tasted like drinking a gallon of salt water. I would recommend Dr. Williams without hesitation. Both he and his staff worked hard to relieve my anxiety about having this procedure.

I recently had a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Williams and I feel comfortable recommending him, his facility and staff to anyone needing a gastro doctor. Although my interaction with him was limited, when the whole process works well, it speaks for the doctor. The experience was Professional, comfortable, streamlined - as pleasant as a colonoscopy can be. My only suggestion is for the staff/doctor to introduce themselves to the responsible family member and/or to have a visible ID (if they had an interaction with the person). As the patient, everyone introduced themselves and their role to me but when I wasn’t awake he had to guess who was who. The CRNA introduced herself and had a clear ID. The doctor may have had his ID on his scrubs.

Dr. Williams and his staff didn't an excellent job taking care of me this morning. My appointment was at 8 am and was out and on my way home in a hour.

From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, you receive excellent service from the entire team. The efficiency and quality of care provided by Dr. Williams, Joe, Holly, Joy, Trevia, Todd and Tiarre was outstanding. I highly recommend this practice for gastroenterology care.
