I have four children. each child has individual counseling with Dr. Jeff. His office staff is very polite and accomodating. I have seen a huge change in my childrens behavior since seeing Dr. Jeff a year ago. I highly recommend him. B.T. Palm Bay

He is very attentive. He doesn’t stop the session in an hour. I can express my problems and he has the greatest advice. He sees me on a weekly basis and if I need an urgent appointment, he is willing to get me in at the end of the day with no problem. I am always comfy talking to Dr. Williamson. He is knowledgeable, calm and professional. He has helped me so much.

Brought one of my clients in to be seen and the Dr. Wife was very rude and nasty I felt so uncomfortable in the office I called office because I was lost and she picked up Phone and was like what’s wrong with you people you can’t find a office with me explaining the area go over a bridge and we across from the river. So I finally made it and when we walked in she was like y’all finally made it I was just quite and with a smell and I finally said to her you have poor customer service skills and that she needs to learn how to talk to peoples and she told me I better shut up and I told her please do not talk to me that way. So I just left I was shocked that someone can talk to you that nasty I would not recommend this office to no one it’s was like racist played a part in her nasty ways never got to even meet the dr.

I enjoyed seeing Dr Williamson. His advice was great. He's wonderful with my kids and they like him. Easy to talk to. He is too busy though! Appointments are more than 6weeks out. -for an established patient. The office seems to not know what's going on. I've called with a question, have to follow up because no one calls back. I asked to be on the cancellation list for appointments and never been called. I've been called an hour before a scheduled time and told he can't see us today and she isn't sure if the other lady called and told me. This tells me someone shoulda called me a day or more sooner because they knew he was going to be out of the office. Things happen and I do understand that. However, I do not want to be made to feel like I'm a piece of crap by office personnel on a power trip and that's how I feel with a particular person in their office. And YOU cancelled our appt yet I'm being pushed to the back of the line, it should be a priority to get appointments rescheduled… sooner when YOU cancel them. Due to this my family hasn't moved forward with our issue more than a few baby steps and we've been a patient for about 5 months. Tone of voice over the phone speaks volumes. Maybe you can afford to lose patients due to this, maybe you should stop accepting new patients and nurture and take care of the ones you have. Quality of care over quantity really should be the goal. I really feel like I am not important to their office.

I felt bullied and manipulated during sessions with this man... If you are a victim - steer clear of this guy
