Dr. Zaidman is a really great doctor and he does really care about his patients. I was a long time patient of Dr Gavigan and when retired I was genuinely concerned about his replacement. I can honestly say the Dr Zaidman is a great Doc and I will continue to be a patient of his. He and the staff at Charlotte Gastroenterology and Hepatology are very caring, friendly and professional.

Let's face it, a colonoscopy isn't the most dignified procedure. Dr. Zaidman, the office staff, the nurses, anesthetist and all other team members make the procedure as pleasant as possible. He is a personable man which helps one feel comfortable when in such a vulnerable position (literally). He is knowledgable and shares information freely, making sure the patient fully understands the results and any follow up required.

I have had to see a number of doctors with some complex medical issues. Dr. Zaidman was the first to approach my issues in a way that helped me understand my options in treatment and get me the help I needed, even if it wasn't with him. I truly appreciate his personalized care.

I have been having issues with my stomach for a few years and for the first time, I finally got a doctor who actually listened to me. Most doctors try to rush and hurry me. They never listen to what I am trying to say. They may know more medically but I know my body better especially when it is trying to tell me something. Dr. Zaidman was the complete opposite. Not only did he take the time to listen to me but he was very detailed and in what he was going to try with me. He made me feel comfortable talking about my issues. He was so nice and that really makes a big difference to me. Thank you for listening and hearing me out.
