if you're going to see him for a sports physical and have no problems, maybe he is the doctor for you. but if you have a REAL problem, don't go to him. i felt like i was treated like a drug addict, when i haven't even seen anyone for pain in a LONG time, and i'm having a difficult time being able to do things, including exercise, because i'm in so much pain most of the time. his only response was to do physical therapy, take vitamin D, exercise, lose weight, an offer for a Cox-II inhibitor (my stomach is already tore up from motrin/aleve use in the past, not to mention they don't help my pain), and a referral to someone else, an appointment made FOR me without asking if i had any days i couldn't make it or anything like that. i would NOT recommend him to ANYONE!!!! i am a nurse, and i understand the consequences of opiates, narcotics, etc, and i was only asking for a short term of being pain free so i could exercise, move, and build up my core strength!!!! i felt he didn't… listen to anything i had said and just had a preconceived notion that all i wanted was narcs.... i don't have insurance, so physical therapy for the rest of my life is not currently an option. i was so frustrated and upset after this visit, that it will probably take me another 10 years to see a doctor to try to even establish a primary care physician!!!!!!!
