Took us 3 months to get an appointment. The day of the appointment, we have terrible weather (0F) and arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled time, rather than the 15min before that was requested. My son has a sinus infection and still the staff asked us to leave, offering an appointment 2 months from now. We are new to the area, coming from Chicago, and are appalled at manner of treating patients. We respect and understand the importance of being on-time, but given the weather, you should be a little understanding of families dealing with little ones.

Dr Zimmerman is a kind and thorough physician with expert surgical skills. As an MD, I've worked with many other MDs over the years but not on a personal level. Dr. Zimmerman was promptly there in the ER when I needed him and the surgical outcome was excellent - only to be surpassed by his kindness as a doctor.

THIS DOCTOR IS ONE OF THE WORST DOCTORS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. HIS STAFF IS RUDE.AND HE DOES NOT LISTEN TO YOU,I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, AS THE PERSON IN THE OTHER ROOM , HE GAVE ME AN ANTIDEPRESSANT FOR PAIN,( THAT I DONT HAVE) AND SAID, SEE YOU IN 3 MONTHS
