Dr. Jeffry Zavotsky, MD

A doctor is only as good as his staff. And his staff is incompetent. How would you like it if you got scheduled for surgery. Even had all the pretesting and bloodwork done. Then 3 days before the surgery, they call and tell you they put someone else in your scheduled slot, and you are to have it done a week later. When you are a blue collar worker that is new to a job, you can't just go in an tell you boss, "Oh, BTW, I'll need to change all the arrangements I previously made for days off, because they 'last minute' moved my surgery". And; not being a senior worker, my co-workers were kind enough to let me take the days needed and work around my scheduled surgery. Now, I won't be able to have the surgery. And, since I will no longer go to this doctor, I will need to start from scratch and find a new, hopefully, reliable doctor and go from there. And, the office staff were not concerned one bit. Just another surgery. Another cancellation. And another lost patient. Well, you… can't keep doing things like this and keep your patients. That's something for them to think about. And perhaps Dr. Zavotsky should think about it too and get his office better staffed and organized.

dr was ok, but staff is not competent at all, have to be spoon fed and told how to do whatever needs to be done
