Dr. Jelin Nirmala Israel-Cvik, MD

I waited 5 wks to see this Dr for a nerve entrapment in my leg. It was terribly painful. She wanted me to get some blood work done because this was my first time seeing her, ok. When I went to check out, they made return appointment for a month. A month I was in terrible pain. A month later, still in terrible pain, same thing. She did nothing to try to find the cause of the pain, just see you in a month. Went to different Dr and got help,but to much time had passed. The nerve had been pinched off to long and I am now stuck with perment nerve damage and pain. Don't wait for this Dr, go to urgent care at least they treat you right away.

This doctor is not a good diagnostic Dr. Went to her with sever lower leg pain. She sent me for blood work, well that was fine, but when I went to front desk, they made appt. For a month. I thought a month!!! I have severe pain. Why I didn't run then, I don't know why,but I came back a second time. Still nothing but see you in a month. Long story short, one thing led to another and I live in constant pain. Not only in my leg but back, neck and shoulder. Stay away from this one. She just types in her computer while your trying to talk to her. RUN

For a concierge physician, this one is a joke! No thanks on the extra $1902 a year for nothing, same service as before and still behind on time! Plus, her nurse is not a nurse, no certification what so ever!

I pay $1900 a year to be a "member" and all I get is that she is out of town. My prescriptions are forever to get renewed and it's always excuses excuses. I called the wrong number? But they give me four different numbers, one for this and one for that, yet no one answers. Then, when I ask for a refund, they tell me I signed a contract and cannot be refunded. But she doesn't hold her end of the contract either. She's very nice but after some time, I've discovered she is fake to your face and says horrible things behind your back.

I am terribly upset to lose Dr. Cvik as my primary care doctor since she went concierge. I have been with her for over 10 years. She is the most understanding, caring doctor that I have had. Never had any trouble getting an appointment, or getting whatever tests needed for an accurate diagnosis. I understand her decision to move to a position where as she puts it "she can practice medicine the way it is supposed to be". I wish her the best but at the same time, I don't know who will I choose to replace her. I feel that no one will be able to take her place.

Dr. Cvik is the most caring professional doctor I have been to. She takes her time and is very knowledgable in her field. School board changed our insurance and I had to leave her. Now our insurance has changed again I'm back with her. You could never ask for a better Dr. I hope to never have to leave her again

I had a torn ligement and couldn't get into an ortho for 3 weeks. I needed pain meds to help sleep at night as I hadn't had a good nights sleep in 3 months. After 4 days of waiting for her office to call in meds, I called to talk to the doctor. She refused to talk to me, so I spoke with the office manager. She told me that they were busy and I should be able to aniticipate my needs better, and that it just takes time to get a prescription. I never got the meds, but I did get a letter a few days later telling me that she would not see me as a patient after 30 days (they must be required to give you 30 days notice). NOT WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FROM A DOCTOR WHO GOT THE PATIENT'S CHOICE AWARD. I just wanted some relief and though they should have been more responsive.

doctor cvik is the most caring person, she takes time with you and listens, she is a blessing to me, she treats me as a person and not a number, thank you dr cvik for being wonderful caring person,i trust you medical expertise

Dr. Cvik is a caring, professional, sweet knowledgable Dr. I would never leave her, but the school board changed our policy and I had to switch Doctors. I would go to her if I need a professional, even if I have to pay more. The office staff is great too.
