They added test to my bill they DID NOT DO . I cant trust them . Cant get medical records rather. Not complete records

This Doctor and her office staff will make FRAUDULENT CHARGES on your account. Run your bill up into the hundreds and thousands of dollars. They are dishonest crooks and the care they give is a joke. It's all about the money. And they will milk Medicare for EVERY penny they can get by making up test and procedures. I wouldnt take a dead animal to this place for treatment. AND they have to be PUSHED to release your medical records then they wont be complete. Beware crooks in white coats

I went in with a sinus infection and knew what I had, telling them that when I went. and also telling them I had new insurance with Blue Cross that won't cover all they want to do. My male nurse said let me check and came back saying YES all is covered. Well is wasn't. The total bill is / was like $4,400 to get my sinus infection taken care of. This is crazy...BE AWARE OF THIS DOCTOR AND HER PRACTICE. She won't even return my call as I have left in office messages with her staff

My visit has turned out to be the worst! I was a first time patient & the doctor's office is refusing to comply with the insurance company. My insurance has been asking for my medical record for almost a month & they have refused to comply. They have lied over & over again stating they would fax it. Remember I'm a new patient so it's like a few sheets! OMG! The worst for me! Btw, it's kind of weird, I mean what did they do with my blood? They took dozens of vials!!! Finding a new doctor ASAP!

I gave about 20 vials of blood for a physical, PA saw me and I still don't know what she did. I could have went to a LPN for what she did. I had some billing issues as I was charged $3,000.00 and it still trying to get straightned out. Probably a great doctor I wish I could have found out. I (my insurance) was also charged for a treatment I never received. The insurance company had to take it up with them. I am still getting a bill for $1,500.00 for lab work and $80.00 out of pocket.
