I'm deeply grateful for the chance to serve my community.My motivation to pursue a career in healthcare stemmed from witnessing the challenges people in rural Minnesota face in accessing care. I wanted to make a difference in how healthcare is delivered. Neurology became my focus because several members of my husband's family have neurological conditions, which ignited my passion to learn more and advocate for these patients.Getting to Know MeOutside of work, I enjoy spending time …with my husband, golfing, fishing, and traveling. I also love being with my 13 grandchildren, directing music at church, and taking quiet walks. A unique fact about me is that I was a gymnast in high school and coached gymnastics for several years.
