Dr. Jenice A Robinson, MD

I had been seen by 3 other neurologists over the course of 8 months, all of whom dismissed me without running any tests or really listening to me or my family. They said I was depressed and gave me prescriptions. I was lucky enough to get in to see Dr. Robinson. She took the time to listen to me and my family and asked a lot of questions. She did not dismiss me as other 'doctors' had. She reassured me that she believed that something was wrong and said we she would figure it out. She ran a lot of tests, something the other doctors did not do. Within 19 days she had diagnosed me with an auto immune disease that had been triggered by breast cancer. She continues to see me for follow-ups. I never have to wait long to be seen, she always asks very detailed questions about how I am doing and thoroughly explains why she is asking them and what potential symptoms mean. I have been seeing her for several years now and have recommended her to several people. The general… practitioner, who worked for a competing hospital, who I used to see even referred many patients to Dr. Robinson after seeing my experience with Dr. Robinson. I cannot recommend her enough.

She is not fit professionally to diagnose or treat dysautonomias. She also is mentally/emotionally unstable and unwell. She has randoma fits of rage and you should not see this doctor without a witness and protector. I literally would not trust this person to babysit a pet. I think she may need serious help.

Dr Robinson is highly knowledgeable, so knowledgeable that sometimes you have to remind her to explain it is layman terms to you, but she is definitely thorough and knows her stuff. And she has excellent friendly helpful staff, especially her nurse Kelli ,

I had to wait 3 months to see her, but it was worth the wait. She was pleasant and tried to make sure she got all the information to give a correct result. I had the most through examination I have ever had. She personally called me the same day that I left a message. She has a great nurse and they would extremely well together. Thank you

Dr. Robinson is very thorough and shows great concern for immediate comfort and long term health. I have always felt like I was given all the time that I needed to express my condition/concerns. I appreciate that I receive a copy of the detailed report/chart from each appointment.

Dr. Robinson is extremely condescending and disrespectful. She doesn't listen to her patients as she is more concerned with what she reads in the charts than what you are actually expressing to her.
