I have had a long history of having problems fully correcting my distance vision. This started well before cataracts and/or retinal issues. I was concerned that the rework of the glasses prescription might have the same issues if the prescription was generated the same way...but despite trying I was not able to voice my concern.

Dr. Bailey is very thorough and helpful. My concerns do not lie with her, rather, with the staff and services and delays occasioned by overscheduling or not keeping patients advised and in the loop.
