I scheduled the appointment in order to learn how to better navigate flares and all that goes along with it. I feel my concerns were not really addressed. I know they don't have a magic wand, but I would hope I could have gotten more about how to manage this. My mental health is very bad because of this. I was desperate for help. I felt dismissed or like I was a bother after my appointment and cried afterwards.
