Dr. Jenna Kubat

She was absolutely dismissive of a concern I raised and made me feel foolish for even bringing it up. When it became an unbearable issue I addressed it with a new doctor, was immediately referred for an ultrasound and there are significant issues. Now that I’m knowledgeable about my condition I’m stunned that she ignored such obvious symptoms. I would never recommend her and either there is a competency issue or someone too arrogant to listen to her patients. I didn’t have to live in pain for four years. I hope no one else does because of her either.

I saw Dr. Kubat at the Iowa Clinic for prenatal care and she also delivered my son. Due to family emergencies I was unable to attend birthing classes, but Dr. Kubat kept me clam and focused, helping my husband and I through everything during my labor and delivery which happened unexpectedly fast.

Dr. Kubat is a great doctor to have if you are having a baby. She delivered my son and was wonderful through the entire process. We also saw her before in the clinic setting and was very helpful and took her time with us. I really enjoyed her. My son was born after having a stillbirth the year before and she was very reassuring and helpful in getting me through this pregnancy and doing everything in her power to keep my son healthy. I would recommend her to any soon to be mom !

I had gone in for my first OB appointment at 8 weeks to get an ultrasound, Dr. Kubat did the ultrasound and it was extremely quick and she couldn't find a heartbeat and the embryo was measuring only 6 weeks, 2 days. She told my husband and I that most likely I had a miscarriage and delivered this devastating news with no emotion or compassion. We were both in shock and had no idea what type of questions to ask and Dr. Kubat couldn't get out of the room fast enough. I will never see Dr. Kubat again and I recommend anyone who is pregnant or trying to become pregnant find a different doctor.
