Dr. Jenne Rachel Wax, MD

One of the absolute worst doctors I have ever met. She is rude, incompetent as is her staff. She makes other professionals look bad in the community with her sub par ability . It's sad we have people like this who are given a license to misdiagnose and hurt patients . Because of her inability to properly diagnose me, I ended up the the ER . She is terrible and what's worse, she doesn't know it.

When I first saw her I thought she was amazing very attentive caring and a really nice person that I could talk to about all my medical issues. But last few appointments have been sub par, yea I get it with Covid, but I felt that she lost that I know who you are and I am here for you feeling; something changed and this brought me to find another primary care doctor. Maybe she took on too many new patients not sure but our doctor/patient relationship definitely soured in the last 6 months. Her medical assistant is amazing though thanks Jazmine for all your help.

She is highly educated, thorough, non- judgmental, attentive.., I could go on and on.. I have never had a doctor say don’t worry about time.. I can’t speak highly enough about her and her staff
