I am a very nervous person when it comes to going to the dentist, but I must say, this was the best experience I ever had! From the minute I walked into the office I felt like I was their priority and they made me feel like I mattered and wasn't just another appointment they had to get through. Everyone was very nice and genuinely cared about what was important to me. The doctor and her assistant made me feel relaxed and answered any question I had. They really know what they are doing and I would recommend my family and friends to this office!

Dr Amato is the nicest and most caring dentist I have ever had! She helped me with a toothache and had to have a crown to fix it. She found a crack in my tooth that another dentist didn't find and he said I needed a root canal. After the crown I am pain-free now! I did not have to have a root canal, and I am so grateful. I feel like she saved my tooth! I would recommend her to anyone! She could have said I needed a root canal too, but she was honest and I appreciate that so much.

I feel like she tells me I have cavities when I don't....

I am very happy to be a patient at Dr.Amato's office. Her staff is by far the nicest of any medical facility I deal with. There is no window separating me from the staff so I know they arn't ignoring or forgetting about me, and there is no clip board to sign, they know me by my name. Dr.Amato always makes me feel better when she does a filling, she knows how to make me calm and get through a tough situation. I think she has a great office!

When I arrived to the office, I was immediately greeted and checked in. The wait time was under 5 minutes. The office is older, but updated nicely with digital xrays and a knowledgable staff. Dr amato was very patient and answered all of my questions. The front office person went over all the financial information very detailed and offered financing opportunities for me as well. It was nice to have the attentiveness from the beginning to the end of the appointment.

I have had a long history of fear and discomfort when it comes to even the thought of going to a dentist. When I finally decided to get back on track with my dental visits I went to another office and was just not satisfied with the whole experience. Dr.Amato's office was recommended to me through a co-worker so I thought I would give it a try. WOW! What a huge difference going to her office has made! I was so happy with every aspect of my experience from the very first phone call to the exam with the doctor herself. Dr. Amato's team has "the right stuff". They are courteous and attentive, very professional and they made me feel like I was the most important patient they have! I have definitely found my permanent dental "home". If you are looking for an experience that you will actually be happy to talk about,then Dr.Amato's office if for you!

Nice looking website...not a nice experience.I have had ZERO cavities my entire life. Rave reviews from my previous dentists about my teeth. I switch to Dr. Amato's office and surprisingly discover I have six (6) cavities. I decide to trust their knowledge and have all the cavities fixed. During the two separate appointments, I felt they rushed through the procedure. It felt very impersonal. They are also very quick to push "extras" on you. Electric toothbrushes, bite guards, etc. I've never had a dental experience that felt like I was at a used car lot.In addition, this office is VERY uncompromising. I have an intense M-F work schedule and their office hours are very similar to bank hours. You CAN'T reschedule an appointment via voicemail, email or text. They don't work Saturday or Sunday, so don't try calling then. They leave early on some weekdays, so you better call early. Because if you don't, they charge you $35 for not canceling or rescheduling within 48 hours...or maybe it's… 24 hours? It's difficult to know for sure since their is documented conflicting times published. Regardless, they WILL charge you the $35. So if you're a busy professional who gets meetings scheduled late on a Friday and have an appointment with Dr. Amato on a Tuesday...you're screwed out of $35, because you can't cancel withing 48 hours...or is it 24 hours? My opinion...find a different dentist.
