Jennifer works with adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including persistent depression or anxiety, chronic stress or burnout related to work, caregiving, or trauma, emotional regulation or relationship difficulties, sleep disturbances, fatigue, and concentration problems. She also supports individuals with past or ongoing trauma—including childhood abuse, intimate partner violence, or military trauma—as well as those experiencing hopelessness, low self-worth, or suicidal thoughts.
