May 1, 2019, I was scheduled for surgery. Ms. Arnette contacted me the night before to address any concerns I may have prior to surgery. She was very courteous and assured me I would be anesthetized tro the point I would not be aware of my surroundings. As many possibly before me, I did not want a general anesthetic where I could see what the surgeon was doing. I appreciate the concern she showed on my behalf. The following day Ms. Arnette came to see my prior to my surgery. I assured her I'd been through this type of anesthesia before. When "plans changed", she made sure I was informed of the change and well aware of the fact because of that change a breathing tube would be in place. After my previous surgery, I was aware and could feel this tube being removed. It felt like a vacuum hose, a very long one was dragged out of my throat and through my mouth. With Ms. Arnette's attentiveness I was never aware the tube was removed nor was I subjected to anything but a very minor sore… throat whivh lasted about an hour. I do highly recommend Ms. Arnette to any patient being readied for any surgey requiring anesthesia. She's very good.
