Dr Arter and the entire team at Blue Fish are very knowledgeable. Dr Arter listens, she cares and she never rushes you out of the office. She calls back in a timely manner and she never really had us waiting in the waiting area. So thank for the doctors at Blue Fish.

Dr. Arter is a wonderful pediatrician. She is incredibly kind, patient, and responds to any questions we have with a thorough answer. She is very knowledgeable and uses research to back up her methodology.

Fabulous. I work in the healthcare field and seldom do you find a physician who follows up with her patients like Dr. Arter. When my infant was ill she called daily to check in on us including a Saturday night which she wasn't oncall. She took our call anyway and gave us a number to reach her at instead of the after hours line. Would recommend her to every new mom and anyone looking for a new pediatrician.
