Dr. Jennifer Santos Bautista, MD

I wanted to spread out my baby's shot schedule becuase I think 8 vaccines at once is a little rough. Dr. Bautista told me that according to the CDC my baby needed to get all (8 in total) 12 month+ shots at her 12 Month Well Baby appointment. I went on the CDC's website and that was absolutely not correct. The shot schedule I suggested was within all of the CDC's recommendation timelines. When I informed the Dr of this she said that I wanted an "alternative shot schedule" and that is something she has never heard of and that is it her job to recommend what the CDC instructs- which is not want she did. I quickly found a new doctor within Kaiser. I really miss my PPO.

Dr. Bautista is a great pediatrician. She is patient and caring and really tends to the needs of our child and listens to parents too. She never rushes us and answers her calls and emails promptly. I highly recommend her.
