Don’t go if you have a mental health dx. She doesn’t listen and assumes it’s all in your head.

just nowNEW I experienced Dr. Bertsch as rude and unprofessional. I went to her for a referral. I was yelled at and scolded that she was the doctor and would decide if I needed a referral. I had a lump in my breast and a family history of breast cancer. I knew I needed the referral as that was the only way my insurance company would pay for the mammogram. I felt forced into doing a breast exam with her. I didn't want her touching my body after yelling at me but that was the only way I could get the referral. This was my last visit with her

Serious health problem ignored. I ended up in the hospital and I could have died. Permanent injury all new doctors now.

Very snippy and curt. So much so I would get nervous when I knew I had to interact with her.

I honestly don't know why people like her. She spends the whole visit fiddling with her computer and barely speaks or makes eye contact. Then she goes down a list of yes or no questions, looking like she's bored out of her mind and would rather be anywhere in the world besides sitting in the room with me. Her nurse is efficient as far as returning calls and getting prescriptions taken care of but Dr. Bertsch is pretty lacking.

Doctor Bertsch may be a good doctor but she is only as good as the office staff and their ability to call one back. She needs an office manager or if she has one possible getting a more efficient one. How are is the staff hired? A buddy system?

When my primary care Doctor of about 40 yrs had to retire I was nervous about choosing a new Dr. After my initial appointment with Dr. Jennifer Bertsch those fears were alleviated. She was very professional. asked a lot of questions and listened to everything said. Very patient friendly. She also let me know that even though they have a very full appointment schedule each day they leave a couple of slots open for really ill patients who need immediate attention. well a few months later I was that patient. High fever and flu like symptoms. I called the office early in the morning and they told me to come in immediately. I got to office and was in front of Dr, Bertsch in about 10 minutes. I found it very reassuring that they deliver what is promised. looking forward to a long relationship with her.

Dr. Bertsch has earned a Zero. She is not even reliable to look up any information in your profile and just doodles on a laptop which she does not know how to use. She is rude to her long term patients and brushes them off. Not reliable with medicine and calling it in. Will not write a prescription unless its an over-the-counter expensive alternate item, then she scratches it out on a yellow sticky memo note paper. She is bad news. I cannot recommend her to anyone. I quit her completely. She cares about her personal life.

Dr. Bertsch is beyond professional. She is the most thorough doctor I have ever been to. I recommend her to everyone I know. You will not regret seeing Dr. Bertsch!

Dr. Bertsch is professional, efficient and thorough with exams, very informative. Her staff is friendly and helpful. Have also been pleased with all referrals. .
