Jennifer A. Bierman, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Bierman's for approximately 10 years and have been exceptionally happy with her throughout the relationship. Dr. Bierman has a wonderful bedside manner and always instills confidence at each visit. I highly recommend Dr. Bierman to anyone looking for a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Bierman has been my internist for at least 15 years. She listens thoroughly to everything I have to say and never rushes me through an appointment. She took my call at 10pm at night when I thought I was having an appendicitis attack, the first pains I had ever felt. After talking with me about my symptoms, she advised me to go to the Emergency Room immediately. Personally, I didn't think my situation was that critical but I followed her advice anyway. Five hours later I was on the operating table having an emergency appendectomy. The surgeon told me my appendix was so inflamed, he had to make his incision larger in order to remove it, I was that close to having it burst. She's been on target with me for 15 years! I hope that I will always be able to use her as my personal physician no matter what health care insurance I have. She's one of the very best.

She is always there when I need her. She explains things well and she always has a diagnosis right away. Great internal med. doctor!

Dr. Bierman is a doctor who really cares about her patients, knows her medicine and has always been available when needed.

Dr.Bierman was my primary care physician who spent a minimum of time actually assessing me every time I saw her, no matter the reason. After nearly 10 months of neurological symptoms with no help from the physical therapy she prescribed, I again mentioned symptoms and asked for some tests. Blood was drawn and she told me to lose 30lbs (I'm at the higher end, but still within normal BMI and I exercise at few times a week) and suggested Weight Watchers. It turns out that I do have a neurological problem that will probably require surgery. If she would have spent a bit more time listening and assessing rather than staring at the computer screen typing as I spoke, maybe I could have been pain free a lot sooner. Dr. Bierman's poor diagnosis made me very embarrassed to even speak to another doctor about this for over a year and made me depressed about my body. I would not recommend her to anyone.
