I imagine what my life would be like if I hadn’t found Dr Bingham, she diagnosed me when other Drs ignored my symptoms or refused to listen. My life is definitely so much better with her treatment. Thank you Dr Bingham!

Her bedside manner is great, she actually listens, and isn't afraid to tell it to you straight. She even has gone to telephone appts with this covid19 crisis. Very rude staff does not follow through with insurance. Do your self a favor go to another Doctor. I have seen and know several patients dropped even after being a patient for many years.

Greatest Doc I've ever had. She listens, cares and understands. Knowledgeable beyond just her schooling, because she strives to keep up with current research and medications.

I have been a patient of Dr Bingham for over 20 years. She has seen me through good times and bad times. She has helped me with my illness. She has always been there for me and my family. I have recommended multiple people to Dr Bingham who are still seeing her and are very happy with their care. Dr Bingham is an old fashioned Dr. She see's patients in the hospital even though she is not on staff. She makes time for all her patients and listens in order to care appreciatly. There are no MD's that care like our older MD's who were not having to do what the government has mandated. This MD is the BEST I have ever had. Yes

I was a patient for almost a decade. Dr. Bingham told me specific information would be sent to my insurance company so that I could get approval for adequate medication. What was finally sent did not have information to tell the insurance for whom it was for and it also did not explain at all why this particular medication was necessary. After trying for six months to get the person who claims to be a nurse (But has no clue about completing simple paperwork that a high school graduate could do) and the new office manager (who is, along with the so called nurse, one of the most rude people I’ve come into contact with and who will not call, email or text a simple confirmation of a fax being received) I finally did their job by writing out from memory (where they SHOULD have had medical notes) why the doctor prescribed the medication she did. It was after I did their job and I assume they got into trouble that they “dismissed” me as a patient. Making up a lie (even though a doctor can… stop seeing a patient at any time) on top of everything else. I can not believe a physician would allow their staff to treat others this way. Also, since the former office manager (Tyler) left, it’s been all downhill. I will not be surprised if this practice goes under because of its staff. No matter how good a doctor is, if they allow the staff to treat the patients horribly, it is still a reflection on them and their lack of ability to manage. If Dr. Bingham was/is aware of how atrocious her patients are being treated then she is not the person I thought she was. If this is the case, she has no empathy, compassion or integrity. I have lost all respect for someone who claimed to be, not only my doctor, but my friend.

New office manager is extremely rude. The office and exam rooms are always filthy. Nurse takes blood and gives shots WITHOUT wearing gloves! They also have a cat and an exposed litter box with overflowing feces can be seen in the back when going to back bathroom.

Office staff can’t or will not file insurance information properly. Cost me lots of money. My insurance company said they had reached out several times to the Office Manager no reply. Office staff denied insurance had contacted them. Never happened with other doctors office so I believe my insurance company.
