Dr. Jennifer Rose Boozer, DO

No bedside manner or any effort to show empathy. Began our session dismissing my health concerns and shaming me for what I've been attempting to do to address them. Did not feel heart or respected. Would not feel comfortable working with her for any more serious health issues. Absolutely cannot recommend.

DO NOT see her!!! I usually do not write reviews on doctor preferences, but Dr. Boozer is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor. I feel it is vital other people avoid her "care" and don't waste time or money seeing a doctor who refuses to actually help patients. I ended up seeing her a few times (talk about a form of self-torture!) due to not being able to see a different doctor that was preferred (should have been my first clue with all of her open appts). Her bedside manner is abysmal. She lacks serious empathy and compassion for health concerns. Why would you get into medicine if that's your approach with patients?. She dismisses your feelings making you feel foolish for making an appointment in the first place. One thing that really blew my mind was the self-focused behavior at the appointments. I was cut off from speaking and my symptoms were downplayed and she would somehow always turn what I was there for into her. I never should have accepted such poor… treatment. Everything that she said was "fine" or blew off, I followed up with a new, fantastic doctor and they helped me get the treatment I needed. I went to her for help for real issues and she just dismissed them as being nothing when in fact they were something and required treatment. Shame on you Dr. Boozer!!

I had a skin lesion. This doctor was the only one I could see right away so that a swab could diagnose and treat it. She refused to do a test, took a guess at what it was and sent me off with no real diagnosis ot help of any kind. Her attitude was oozing with contempt towards me and she refused to listen to my concerns. Never going back to see her again.

Perhaps it was just an off day the day i visited, but this doctor seemed rushed and annoyed by my questions/concerns regarding my health-

If I could give no stars , I would. The only competent person there is Rene at front desk. Victoria is cold and really could care less about the patient. Constantly frowning and acting miserable. At my annual physical when she asked if I had any concerns for the doctor, I told her and she then proceeded to tell me, "well we can only do a physical or follow-up with your symptoms, so which do you want to do" when I said I really felt that I needed to discuss atleast one specific health issue with doc she rudely told me, 'sorry, we can't bill for 2 visits in one day". long story short, I left before ever seeing the doctor. I verified that the doctor should have done this during my visit and there is an easy way to Bill for it. I'm never going back and I will be filing a compliant. Sure do hope nothing is seriously wrong with me because I'll be filing a negligence lawsuit if there is. Awful Dr office. Save your time, money, and yourself from frustration and go somewhere else where they… treat the whole person.

I finally found a Dr that speaks clearly and follows up with me. Love the office and the staff too

Dr. B is professional but serious. Staff is rude, unfriendly with no greeting or smile.

I've gone twice and it wasn't bad, but I've had better service. She was nice but very prompt. I felt like she was a get in and get out type of doctor, which I just don't prefer. She seemed knowledgeable, but not always clear. I came in a few weeks after my first appointment thnking it was a check up but it was a PAP-Smear to my surprize. My biggest complaint is that they do everything online. I had tests done and they didn't call me to let me know if it was clear or not, and I didn't have my log in. So you have to call to get it, just a hassle. My second complaint is she was NOT gentle during my PAP-smear. It was only my 2nd one and she RUSHED through it and it was painful. So I won't be going back to her for that.

I haven't actually had an appointment yet, but I was surprised how incredibly helpful her front office staff has been in setting an appointment. I've found that lacking in many doctors offices.

was happy to get a same day appt I understand why that was so easy after my Dr appt. Office staff is very rude and Dr Boozer was extremely condescending. I did not feel comfortable asking questions because of her attitude. She is very full of herself.I believe It was so easy to make an appt because no one wants her as a Dr. She wanted me to make an appt to see her in two weeks I have no idea why . I will not be returning to her office.
