Dr. Jennifer Ann Brainard, MD

Jennifer Ann Brainard, MD, is a Staff Pathologist in the Department of Anatomic Pathology at Cleveland Clinic's main campus. Except for the fellowship in surgical pathology and cytopathology she completed at the Medical College of Virginia Hospitals, Dr. Brainard has spent her entire medical career in the Cleveland Clinic Department of Anatomic Pathology. After completing her residency as chief resident, Dr. Brainard went on staff first as a clinical associate staff pathologist, then as associate pathologist in this department. She is board-certified in cytopathology as well as anatomic and clinical Pathology. Dr. Brainard's specialty interests include cytopathology, gynecologic pathology and needle aspiration. She received her medical degree at the Ohio State University College of Medicine before beginning her career at Cleveland Clinic as a resident in anatomic and clinical pathology.
