Dr. Jennifer Lynne Briscoe, MD

Dr Briscoe and her staff were very friendly and helpful. After reading the previous reviews I was wondering if I made a mistake booking an appointment but I sure am glad I didn't listen to them! I felt my concerns were addressed and that she really listened to me. She was very friendly and kind and out me at ease immediately.

My Husband was in a mental health facility for 5 days and was told to see his PCP to have the meds he was given for 5 days from her until he got established with a Psychiatrist which isn't for almost a year due to waiting list, Dr. Briscoe refuses to write him the much needed prescription and has no care on what turmoil this will cause my husband even though he has all the documents stating these are the needed medication.

Been waiting to be a new patient at this location for 3 months. I was tired of not being listened to by my old Dr and figured I would give her a try. I have Asthma and have been without medicine for almost 2 months. My appointments keep getting pushed back or I get shuffled over to a NP. This is not the way to present yourself to new patients. Just save your precious time and find another doctor bc this place is a joke.

Says they are taking new patient then they keep cancelling them and rescheduling them for weeks out. They cancelled again today (day of appointment) and rescheduled 7 weeks out. We cannot get asthma medicine. Looking for a new doctor and still haven't met this one

Upon arrival of my first visit with Dr Briscoe, I was made aware she wasn't in the office due to a family emergency. Fair enough. What wasn't fair is they told me they had tried to call me but it was a wrong number. They blamed it on the appointment being booked through ZocDoc. However, I had received texts from ZocDoc up until an hour before my appointment to remind me of my appointment. They did not take responsibility but made the decision to blame it on someone else. I rescheduled for a month later. I went home and emailed ZocDoc to confirm all of my information and it was all correct. ZocDoc apologized and even went a step beyond and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience in hopes I would use their service again. When I arrived today for my rescheduled appointment with Dr. Briscoa, after be greeted with "what do you need?", I responded I had an appointment and was asked what time. Upon answering, I was told they tried to call me. Dr. Briscoe, once again, was not in and I had… not been notified. I was told they tried to call me. I have no missed calls or messages from this office. She read the number they had, which was incorrect and also was the one that was corrected the last time....by this same woman. She then read the correct number on the screen and said there was a note that a message had been left for me. There was no message left for me. There was no apology, offer to rebook me asap, nothing. Horrible patient care from this woman, twice. I told the woman if Dr. Briscoe conducted herself as poorly as her office staff, I expected better than that and I would find another doctor. I left the office and will not return. I wish a better experience for anyone who goes to this office, and I hope the care of Dr. Briscoe is more responsible than her office staff.

Despite the fact that there was never another person in the waiting room when I was there, Dr. Briscoe pointedly brought up that I was taking more than the 15 minutes allotted for an office visit. She's impatient, doesn't listen to her patients and forms opinions long before she has enough information to do so. She will also cut you off if she doesn't like the way you're answering a question. On the last 4 questions on the survey below I would have given Dr. Briscoe zero stars if that had been an option!
