Dr. B. is such a caring dr., always listens, never rushes me. Don't really like having to see the n.p., but I realize that is not Dr. B.'s fault. I highly recommend her! Staff is just so-so, act kind of bored.

Dr. Burdette is an excellent Dr. She is very courteous, caring and spends time with patients. On the other hand she has a terrible staff. It is very hard to make appointments or even call in with a problem goes to voice mail. Front desk staff acts clueless with pt problems and relaying messages to Dr. and nurse. Only one person at front desk which is awful for her pt load. Takes forever for staff to get back with you regarding concerns or messages. Hard to get regular meds that she prescribes passed through the staff to her with questions or refills. Basically she needs a whole new staff. Wait time is terrible the way they schedule appointments is awful. You may have appointment at 7:45 when she doesn't come in the office until 8:30 and the staff doesn't tell you this. Wonderful Dr. too bad her staff is driving patients away.

Has time to and listens to what you have to say. Doesn't seem to be in a hurry to get on to the next patient. Thorough and accurate. Feel very comfortable trusting my health to her care.
