After almost a decade with Jennifer, I cannot continue to recommend her. Once we were no longer simply "healthy young adults" and had chronic medical concerns and children for her to see, we noticed that she missed signs of medical issues, ignored/didn't notice obvious worsening of chronic diseases, and was really pushy about her opinions. I was forced to push for specialist referrals, my calls with health concerns to her office were ignored, and I found myself lying about taking her advice in order to avoid being harassed. It is difficult to have to change providers after so long, but we have chosen to do this especially since dealing with Oaklawn's billing department has been a worsening issue.

Jennifer Burnham takes the time to listen to all concerns and responds to each one clearly. She is knowledgeable and patient.

Jennifer is wonderful. She is always prepared when she comes in and she always takes the time to really sit talk and understand my health needs and concerns. I never feel rushed.
