Showed real concern for my condition and took an inordinate amount of time with me. I highly recommend her.

Like all the best doctors Dr. Capezio has a long wait to obtain an appointment. How one solves this I cannot say but as a long term patient I make the next appointment at the time of the current visit. Yes you will wait for an appointment but it's worth it. The care I have received has made my condition tolerable. Her PA Katie Springer has unfortunately left the practice. I found that she was an excellent assistant to the doctor. One thing that I take issue with is that the practice now uses computers in the consultation room. I think it comes between the doctor and patient when the doctor is typing as she talks with the patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Capezio and her outstanding team for close to 20 years. With troubling health issues that don’t fit the mold, Dr Capezio and Katie Springer have LISTENED and investigated my complaints and provided the therapies that have helped me return to good quality of life. They are NOT pill pushers and make med choices carefully and with MY input. I am so grateful for the time they take, the rule outs they consider and logical testing pursued- the front desk team is kind and always follow up, and the phlebotomists are superb! Yes- there’s often a wait. It is worth every minute to get the Best health & pain management.

This office used to be highly recommended but has since suffered from scheduling way too many patients. The new protocals make it next to impossible to schedule appts and the office staff is extremely rude. Will be finding another doctor.

My 1st appointment with Dr. Jennifer Capezio was a rewarding experience. I was reluctant to commit to seeing her, based on the 56 minute one-way drive and unpredictable winters. Every visit, I have renew commitment and clarity concerning my disease activity. Dr. Capezio is compassionate, open minded, honest, knowledgeable, encouraging and helps me get clear, on what is going on. She always has a plan of action, tailored to my disease activity and flexible to make necessary adjustment. Managing Rheumatoid Arthritis is not a joke. Both, Dr. Capezio and her PA, Kathy have helped me reclaim my smile again. I understand my disease. Just my IV treatments, is not enough. I am also now Vegan, have lost some weight, Yoga, Pilates, routine Stretches, Acupunture, Chiropractic treatments, long walks, bicycling, rubber bands workouts and meditation. And yes, there are still challenges. And, some Good and bad days! Today, I am retired and embracing change. Last year, I completed “Bike on… the Lake”. I am blessed to have Dr. Capezio, help me manage my disease. Her enthusiastic attitude at helping patients is refreshing, to witness. She has exceeded my expectations. Her clinical knowledge, expertise, experience, passion, dedication and achievements as a physician and teacher has help me become a better compliant patient. She listens and problem solves by using sound, well documented approaches. I am excited to learn recently, of Dr. Jennifer Capezio’s recognition, as #1 Top Doctor Awards. It is deserving and appropriate. She has remain that same, passionate and engaging physician, whom I started with, after my diagnosis of RA, over 8 years ago.

All the negative comments mention in other reviews have on occasion happened to me over many years, however this doctors compassion and level of expertise in her field keeps me returning. Think her patient load is way too high and so care suffers. Last several years I don't believe I am getting the followup care aI need, the monitoring for other possible autoimmune related disorders or symptoms or complications even when expressing problems I am having. Feeling dismissed lately with this MD as well as other NW doctors. Lupus etc is a complicated disease and neither Rhuematologists in general nor other physician have the time, interests, knowledge, or patience to fully address all the ways auto immune disease effects and impacts the body & brain. And everyone is different. At one time, this MD and office did. Doesn't seem to be true now. There is tragic healthcare crisis with these diseases nationwide in areas of diagnosis, treatments and available md's who even have a thimbleful of… expertise with these illnesses. Think this MD is in the crossfires of it and her patients are too.

I saw Dr Capezio for a lupus diagnosis. She claimed my last rheumatologist's diagnosis was incorrect and that she could not help, despite obvious physical symptoms and a phone call from two of my other physicians. If you aren't a simple patient, she's not interested.

I went in with high expectations. I have a few conditions going on and she came highly recommend. Dr. Capezio was friendly, but basically told me she was unable to help me because she was only willing to go off of labs and not symptoms- including swelling. She had already been made aware of my other conditions from my main specialist, yet, seemed to truly not understand what it entails. If you don't fit into a clear cut box with your labwork, don't bother.

I've been going to Dr Capizio for 6 years . Love her.. fabulous. I was notified because I have no insurance , and I'm self pay , she will no longer see me. New management in office. I am heart broken and in disbelief. What's wrong with cash?. I'm on disability can't afford insurance.
