Dr. Carmen is amazing! She knew my whole chart and history before I arrived for my appointment. She was very personable and professional. She addressed all of my concerns and went above and beyond to figure out my issues. I would highly recommend her!!!

Dr. Carmen was friendly during my appointment. However, she did not seem interested in keeping me as a patient, working with me, she was not personable, and she did not communicate well. I was overall unimpressed with the Bronson OB office in Portage. There was no decent explanation of my medical findings and I had to rely on my own research to figure out what my chart meant since they communicated poorly. When I called the office to speak with someone, each time, I never got any answers. I would not recommend for anyone with actual medical concerns. Maybe it would be a different story if I was just going for a check-up.
