I had been a patient of Dr. Cavitt for 5+ years, and even though I have only need an annual appointment, she has canceled on me three times. When I was finally able to reschedule my visit nearly two months after my call, I was running late due to traffic, and I called ahead to let the receptionist know that I was still on my way. When I arrived, I was turned away. Our appointments typically lasted no more than five minutes (and she usually runs about 30 minutes behind), so I am extremely disappointed that she couldn't spare that for me once I was there, albeit 20 minutes late.
