There was a used speculum on the floor near the trash can. My appointment was for 2:45, I wasn’t seen until 4:00. The first thing J. Chamberlain said to me was “I don’t know why you’re here”. She didn’t listen, several times she asked if my daughter (a physician) sent me, even though I had already told her each time it was the nurse practitioner at my primary care doctors. She recommended supplements that are quite costly and when I went on the site to purchase them, it asks who referred you. I put my doctor and her name popped up - seems more than a little sketchy. I didn’t end up purchasing and will not be seeing Dr. Chamberlain in the future.

I am very pleased with Dr. Chamberlain and her staff in Slidell.The response time and care from Dr. Chamberlain and her staff has been excellent! Very grateful! The Ochsner portal response from Brandy and Dr. Chamberlain has also been excellent. Especially when I needed to reach out concerning my care and all follow up.

I was diagnosed with BPH which eventually led to TURP surgery with Dr. Chamberlain. I do not have a single complaint about the entire process from beginning to end. She and Nurse Brandy were absolutely wonderful in taking time to explain everything and provided all the support that was required including self catheterizing. If I had to do TURP surgery again, I would definitely go to Dr. Chamberlain and I highly recommend her for her professionalism, thoroughness, emotional support and caring attitude.
