Dr. Jennifer Puiling Chan, MD

Very disappointed. After several visits, I get the impression that she is already thinking about the next patient rather than focusing on me during my 15 minutes. I really don't like her habit of jumping right on the computer as soon as she enters the room. In my humble opinion, a doctor should look you in the eye and listen to your complaint so they can get the big picture BEFORE they look at the computer screen; It's rude and makes the patient feel as though they are an inconvenience. During my most recent visit, she wouldn't listen to my explanation of the chain of events that resulted in my visit. I may not be a doctor, but I'm intelligent enough to connect the dots when an event triggers a physical problem.

Dr. Chan did not care to hear what I had to say about what was wrong with my body. She acted as if I were stupid at times. I will never go back to her nor will I refer anyone to her!
