Dr. Jennifer Coles Chapman, MD

Dr Chapman got angry because I was in excruciating pain and left the room to get a shot of lidocaine for a procedure she wasn’t supposed to perform because she misdiagnosed, but instead left me unattended for over 3 hrs with a very hot overhead light directed at my abdomen and would not allow a nurse to come in until shift change. Had me admitted and did not even have this medical condition in my records at all! My next visit I told a Hispanic nurse that I did not want to be seen by this doctor and she informed Dr Chapman and Dr Chapman violated my rights and came in the room to confront me! She proceeded to yell at me about a medication which had absolutely nothing to do with why I did not want her to be there. She is unethical and violates patient’s rights, I would not recommend this doctor for any medical treatment or any other reason whatsoever!! She is crude and has a horrible bedside manner I wouldn’t trust her to care for my child’s imaginary friends!!!!

She is a very compassionate physician. I could tell she knew her medicine. I would definitely want her to be my doctor or my family members doctor if need be. Dr. Schecter took the time to explain things well about my situation. I think that this is very important. She was awesome.

I had a very poor experience with this doctor. She made a "diagnosis" after spending less than 5 minutes with me and did not perform a physical exam. She turned to be wrong, and unfortunately I was exposed to radiation from a CT Scan that I didn't need. She has an uncaring and very condescending bedside matter and seems to get offended by patients asking questions. STAY AWAY!
