Dr. Jennifer E Cho, MD

Dr Cho is an excellent doctor but her front desk staff do her a disservice . They are rude and unfriendly. They have a potential of ruining the good doctors practice . Dr Cho, you need to speak with your staff about their lack of professionalism

I like the doctor very much. I did not really believe all these reviews about staff before. But, it is all so true. The staff is very rude. I will never go there again. My insurance co-pay for annual visit is $20. They wanted to charge $40. If I did not dispute, they would charge me $40 already.

Doctor is ok, but her staff workers are unprofessional and unresponsible cynical liars, they’re humiliating patients as much as it’s possible. All of them should be fired immediately! top of everything they are racists as well!

The receptionist was very rude and doesn’t care about patience but care about and all about MONEY! She said “You need to pay first so you can see a doctor!” wow~ I was surprised that she literally said that and can’t believe they still collect the money before I see a doctor. They got my personal information and insurance information and why worry? The Doctor supposed to send a prescription to my pharmacy but she forgot so I have to wait over the weekend and called on Monday for a prescription that She FORGOT but no luck. I called Tuesday and no luck. Finally, 3rd day technically 7 days after my visit I spoke to Doctor and got my medicine. Thank god that my symptom was not sever but can you imagine with any patient with server pain who needs the medicine right away? Gosh. At last, the Rude receptionist lied about getting a portal site ID and password when I called her to ask. She said she will mail out the ID and Password so I asked her to email me instead of mailing, she said no… and they only mail out the ID and password by mail. When I spoke to Doctor and complain about this, Doctor said she can email and they don’t mail out. What was she thinking and lying to a patient? I see people complaining about the same rude receptionist and she really has to find different job if she is not happy with her job. She insulted me enough and I can’t believe the Doctor still keeps the pathetic receptionist.

I called on Monday and request a prescription for medicine I needed. The symptoms are quite painful if not treated. I was surprised, not to receive a call back the same day. But, I understand, sometimes the day can get away from the best of us. I called again on Tuesday, only to have an unempathetic response from the person answering the phone. She let me know the doctor will call me when she can and quickly hung-up the phone. I called again on Thursday. Still no call back from the doctor. I called again on Friday....I was told the doctor has received my message and will get back to me when she can. What can I say, very disappointed with the service.

Very unprofessional especially the office Manager at her englewood office. She is very condescending on the phone and in person. No empathy towards patients at all. They left a vmail to call them AsAp about my results but when I called them back, i did not hear from Dr. Cho at all. I called after 2 days of no phone calls, i was hoping to hear about my results and discuss further testing directly from dr. Cho, she relayed the message to her assistant instead of speaking with me directly. Not a good way to build rapport with patients!

The appointment with Dr Cho was very unprofessional. The wait time was over an hour and then her staff contacted me with results after a month because they "forgot" I have contacted her on a number of occasions to provide me with access to my medical records, but I keep getting the run around. I have emailed them a dozen times and called them, over the course of a month, but still nothing. Really unprofessional and disgusting.

Zero follow-up with blood test results, even 2 months after tests. Never received any information.
