Dr. Jennifer Susan Chou Kim, MD

I had a phone visit with this doctor for OB follow up. She was very condescending and insensitive to my needs. I had a uterine biopsy where the doctor was inappropriate with me. I was having issues after the biopsy. She was more interested in getting the back story with the other doctor that was inappropriate. I told her it’s hard to keep bringing it up and I get very emotional. She said well I have to ask and said I think your pain is emotional. At the point I just ended the call. She is insensitive to a woman?s need. I was very disappointed by her behavior. She deserves no stars.

My first pregnancy ended in miscarriage; Dr. Chou was my ob doctor. She was very cold and matter-of-fact regarding the loss of my pregnancy. I left her office feeling like what I was going through didn't matter to her, or like it was so commonplace to her, she was desensitized.
