Dr Claves is a dedicated physician and care giver. She has saved my life.

Dr. Claves is truly invested in your care and treatment. Her follow-up is extraordinary. I am so lucky to have a doctor who knows who I am and is always available when needed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Claves for many years. I wanted a female dr.; however, I have been most disappointed with the lack of follow-through from Dr. Claves. and her office in Lawrence Park. There are many variables that go into making an outstanding physician and Dr. Claves clearly is lacking in both demonstrating care and concern for her patients as well as in following-up when necessary. It is exceedingly difficult to contact her and have her return calls in a timely manner when necessary. Office staff appears to insulate her from receiving calls from patients and there is no follow-up or patient advocacy displayed by Dr. Claves. when the situation warrants such. As a relatively young physician, she has much to learn about "compassionate care"-NO compassion, no sense of urgency and very little care. Most disappointed at both Dr. Claves and her indifferent office staff. Search elsewhere for a good physician-there are many other excellent female physicians....Dr.… Claves is NOT one of these.

Dr. Jennifer Claves is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. She genuinely cares about the whole person and is not dismissive of patient concerns. Her new affiliation within Mainline Health (the Broomall practice) is refreshingly patient centered - not like some practices which seem to exist for the convenience of the physician. Dr. Claves is also supportive of patients who strive for healthy living through nutrition and exercise and is not quick to medicate those who want to try natural approaches first. Radiant and fit, herself, she sets a great health example! She is the best doctor for someone who truly wants to be engaged in their healthy future.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. It gives the impression Dr. Claves does not respect her patients enough to hire and train quality staff that will treat us with repect.

Dr. Claves was my physician from 2004-2007. She was exceptional. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dr.Claves is a great dr i would recommend to anyone

Dr. Claves is very bright and is quick to refer to an appropriate specialist if she thinks that is the proper course of action. More docs today should use her as a model of professional behavior.
