Dr. Jennifer Gensheimer Doe

Dr. Doe is so friendly, helpful and a wonderful doctor! She is my favorite pediatrician we have interacted with and I would not have wanted anyone else to take care of my baby after delivery to discharge home. A completely competent and caring physician!

Engaging with Doctor Doe was the worst experience that I have ever had with a doctor. Following my newborn son's discharge from the NICU for respiratory distress, it was the responsibility of Doctor Doe to ensure my son's recovery from his below average platelet count. Doctor Doe's primary concern was writing her report to pass him off to next doctor as if he was a number in the system, with the recommendation of having him discharged even though his platelet count did not recover to normal levels while evaluated by her. Not only that, there was a lot of miscommunication between all the doctors and nurses involved. So my ask to her was to jump on a quick call with my son's pediatrician who was standing by, to ensure all the doctors were aligned. She rudely told me no and that the only communication she would provide was in her report. Thank you Doctor Doe, for not doing more the minimum level of work, not addressing my concerns, and being so rude in the process! I only imagine that… your reason for not engaging on a call with another doctor affiliated to your practice, was because your recommendation for discharge would have been questioned!
