Dr. Jennifer Ann Douglas, MD

I originally switched to this practice after moving to the area. It was the best decision I have ever made with my health. Before Dr. Douglas moved offices, I saw her and she provided excellent care that never felt rushed. I see Kerri now for a variety of issues and she handles them in such a way that I never feel like I need to spend the time, money and aggravation to see a specialist. She is an excellent CRNP and I highly recommend her and the chesnut ridge staff to anyone looking for comprehensive and compassionate care.

I was in the ER with migraines, waited a month to see the doctor , she was inexperienced and not personal. Her staff was rude and not accommodating, Kerri needs her titled removed (her assistant), she is stupid and knows nothing about the medical field. She couldn’t help us at all, and refused to care to find the correct help

We waited three months for an appointment after being in the hospital with chest pain! The ER recommended we get an MRI, Kerri refused to order testing, explained she never heard of the disease the ER and neurologist gave me and said “your healthy seen you next year”, I recalled and explained I was told to get further testing and she continued to refuse help!

The staff could care less to help, Kerri googled my symptoms and read to me what google said!
