Very professional and cares about her patients. Could not ask for a better doctor

Dr. Duke was a God send for my son, who was diagnosed with ADHD. Upon our first visit, I knew I had made the right decision for my son. She's very personable, supportive, and spends as much time as she needs to with you. You never feel rushed and my son loves her! I've never met a doctor quite like her. You can tell, she loves what she does and is passionate about her work and her care for her patients.

People are busy especially Drs. I know because I work for one. I usually never take the time to write on reviews, but this office goes beyond the call!! I can request a rx to be refilled and within the hour my pharmacy is texting me it’s ready! Dr. Duke always takes time to hear how I’m doing and if she can better help me. Her nurse Tasia is always happy to see me and her spirit brightens my day! They actually make me feel like they know me! I may see them 3 times a year! Needless to say, I love the staff and the care they provide!!

Great sincere Doctor. If it wasn't for her, I don't know when I would be today. She has spent hours with me without hesitation. Name me 1 Doctor that would come close to her. None. I love her in all aspects medically and personally. Thank you.

I love Jennifer Pilcher Duke and her entire staff. My mom, my daughter, my granddaughter, and me are all patients and we have received the best of care for all the staff! A in my book!

Dr. Duke came highly recommended, however, you will rarely get an appointment with her. You will see the PA, which are really nice and thorough if that's what you like. Her office will not schedule you an appointment or call in prescriptions if you owe a balance. (even those you're unaware of) Office staff can be nice nasty and condescending. I had to ask lady in the office to change her tone with me, which I thought was very unprofessional. I changed doctors.

Dr. Duke is a fine doctor and I haven't had a negative experience with her yet. However, her support staff is terrible. I have been to her office 10-12 times within the last year. There always seems to be some sort of phone issue whenever I call the office. It is not uncommon that the recording menu disconnects. The office must only have 1 phone line because I end up getting a voicemail message half the time during business hours. They tend to turn off the phones 15 minutes before the office is closed for lunch or the end of the day. This is really an issue considering how many messages I have left for the nurse or the receptionist that have gone unanswered. Most importantly - the nurse practitioner. I switched doctors because she is absolutely no help whatsoever.
