Was referred to Dr. Etling's office by my primary care physician to get a cyst removed at the office. Made my appointment and I was scheduled with Dr. Etling out of the other doctors in the office. Dr. Etling was going to remove cyst in her office the day of my appointment. She came in spent about 2 mintues with me and told me she could not remove it at this time there was possibly another cyst and I would have to have an operation than turned to leave the room without really trying to stick around to answer any questions I might have. Well, we all know it isn't cheap to see a specialist, even with insurance, so that was time off work and money spent with no service really provided and very unwarm bedside manner. I had to schedule the operation with her, which I believe went well, although she used non-desovable stitches so I would have to make yet another appointment to get these removed. Dr. Etling herself told me that I wouldn't have to schedule the appointment with her that there… are indeed other doctors in her office that would remove the stitches that we more widely available. I found this to be untrue when trying to schedule the appointment just now. The staff while trying to schedule this appointment were not very helpful or kind. I had to speak to two different people in her office just to schedule this appointment and waited on hold a couple minutes in between. I really can not say I recommend Dr. Etling, I do not have first hand knowledge of the other doctors in the shared office. I am sharing my experience so people can make an informed decision. I will also share this with my primary care physician next time I see him. BEWARE!

She is the best.

Felt more comfortable with Dr Etling than any other previous Dr's. Definitely recomend her.
