Dr. Jennifer Rachel Farley, MD

Dr. Jennifer Farley is an internal medicine and family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine. With eight years of experience in practice, she provides comprehensive care across both specialties, allowing her to treat patients of all ages and address a wide range of health concerns.

Dr. Farley practices at several locations in the Portland and Vancouver areas, including Kaiser Permanente facilities in Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. She also has affiliations with PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center, Kadlec Regional Medical Center, and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center. Her clinical focus includes treating joint pain and back pain in both pregnant women and younger patients.
