Jennifer Leigh Fleming

Jennifer Fleming is the Owner and Medical Director of The Alchemy Clinic, New Hampshire’s premier destination for advanced medical aesthetics and integrative wellness. Board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), Jennifer has been a practicing Nurse Practitioner for over a decade with a clinical background spanning emergency medicine, hospitalist medicine, critical care, and aesthetic and regenerative medicine.

As a National Faculty Member for Revance Aesthetics, Jennifer travels nationwide training aesthetic medical professionals in advanced injection strategy grounded in evidence-based assessment, facial anatomy, aging physiology, and technique. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes artistry backed by science, combining precision with natural, individualized outcomes.

Jennifer is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Medicine at Queen Mary University of London, where she will become one of the few master’s-prepared aesthetic medicine providers …in the United States. She is also completing a Functional and Integrative Medicine Fellowship through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), reflecting her belief that aesthetics and functional medicine are inherently connected, each enhancing confidence, vitality, and long-term wellness from the inside out.

With extensive training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, platelet-rich plasma/fibrin (PRP/PRF), sexual wellness, and advanced skin health, Jennifer has trained both nationally and internationally with leading experts in the field. Her critical care background informs her meticulous approach to patient safety, anatomical accuracy, and treatment planning.

Beyond her clinical work, Jennifer serves as Vice President and a founding member of the Aesthetic Medical Providers of New Hampshire (AMPNH), a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing safety, education, and legislative advocacy for medical aesthetic professionals across the state.
