Dr. Jennifer Ewen Frank, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Frank from since 2010 and haven't had any trouble seeing her and never left feeling she isn't doing right by me. She has gotten me through cancer and heart trouble plus other ailments and follows through on everything with office visits with time limits of 1 week to others every 3 months without fail. Since living in Wisconsin since '85 she is the first doctor that I felt was doing her job right and she now sees my husband who is very happy with her also. From the very first visit she let me handle what medications I was going to stay on from the last doctor and what tests I would be having. Though we both would have to be in agreement so each thing were discussed fully before we reached an agreement . She is a very capable doctor , and cares for all of her patients more then most and I have only seen another doctor when it was for something like a sore throat or she will even prescribe something because it was a matter that could not wait.

We have a newborn w bad a bad cough. We saw her twice despite him getting worse. She kept telling us it was a virus and he got worse. Ended up at ascension and diagnosed w pneumonia and was hospitalized. I will not go back to theda bc of the way she blamed us for not providing our infant better home care. Doesn’t seem bright, she’s like 60 and should be more intelligent.

According to the office Dr. Frank is taking new patients, but in my experience, over a period over several months, all the times I have needed to be seen I have yet to get an appointment with her. I always seem to be "shuffled off" to one of her partners or a nurse practitioner.
