This was not my first visit with Marin Gastro, but my first with Dr. Frankel. She was wonderful! Personable, knowledgeable, good listener, empathetic, easy to talk to. She explained things well, discussed options, and went over next steps. I learned something new as well. All in all, a delightful visit.

I just moved out here and needed a G.I. Doctor very badly. I was thrilled to find Dr. Frankel. I was really frightened today to hear that Meritage is going out of business and that my insurance company will not be contracting with them. Dr. Frankel is an excellent doctor and I would like to keep her as my provider. How can that be made to happen?

Dr. Frankel is very thorough and great at her job. Her bedside manner is not the best, but I wasn't there to make a friend and neither was she. I would much rather have a doctor that is good at practicing medicine than one with a good bedside manner.

Unprofessional! Extremely rude! Not a care about what a patient experienced nor what a patient is going through, i would ever recommend her to anyone! I'm still confused how she received her degree!
