Unprofessional and rude. No comparison to the other doctor I saw in the same clinic who left. Record request later revealed she lied about the appointment details. Unlike anything I’ve experienced with other physicians.

Excellent doctor. Listens to my concerns. Dr Franzese has been my doctor for 17 years. I am always satisfied with my visits. I see Dr Franzese every 3 months.

She was very dismissive, frazzled, and seemed annoyed that I was even there. Her bedside manner was cold and aloof. I would never recommend her to anyone.

I’ve seen Dr. Franzese multiple times and each time she comes in seeming frazzled and in a rush. She can rarely answer my questions sufficiently and brushes off any concerns I bring up. I leave feeling frustrated and unheard. I’ll be changing endocrinologists.

I have been seeing Dr. Franzese for about 10 years and find her very competent, easy to talk to, and always listens. Great doctor!

The doctor behaved as though she didn't want to be there, seemed disinterested and made me feel unimportant. Very depressing as the doctor I saw there before he left was very good. Will not be going back to the MEND clinic.
